Brookings Food Carts started with a single hot dog cart in 2014, Doggie Style Hotdogs serves only meat from Taylors's Sausage. At Doggie Style we believe you deserve the best hot dog experience that's why we have over twenty different condiments for you to Style your dog any way you like.

In 2016 we acquired Maui Ric's Street Cafe (formally Dakine BBQ) from Ric Manrique. Ric's recipes for Huli Huli Chicken and Street Tacos along with his kind heart and warm sense of humor quickly became a local favorite. We are keeping all of Ric's original recipes and strive to make Maui Ric's Street Cafe all that Ric dreamed it could be.
